Betty has more than 35+ years of experience in
business and management — including 15 years
in banking where she developed products and services
while serving as a consultant, internal auditor
and trainer.
It has enabled her to apply unique and creative
approaches with Parks and Associates’ clients.
Her comprehensive expertise helps you effectively
measure and evaluate the return on investment
of training and transfer skills … improve
operational efficiency … and manage the
human side of change.
Betty holds a master’s degree in business
administration with an emphasis in finance and
management. She also has a bachelor’s degree
in pre-law and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie
Institute, earning an Effective Communication
and Human Relations certificate.
A certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Consultant,
Betty is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Development
with an emphasis in Human Behavior. She’s
a member of the Society of Human Resources Management
Association and the National Speakers Association.
Betty is also the founder of a “mastermind
alliance” — a group of professionals
who serve as advisers, resources and information
specialists for one another.
She is an accomplished speaker and has taught
business courses on the college level to include
accounting, business management, and has taught
courses through the Institute of Financial Management.
Her experience has made her a featured speaker
on television and radio programs in Northern California.
She has also spoken to numerous groups about cultural
diversity and sensitivity in the workplace.
